About Us

The All On Board Project is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to providing the opportunity to learn to snowboard to underprivileged youth in the Phoenix Metro area. We value diversity, community, integrity, and compassion.

We believe through learning to snowboard/ski parallels to some of life’s challenges. It is not how many times you fall; but how many times you get back up in the face of adversity.  

We grew up skiing and snowboarding and now want to provide those same experiences to those less fortunate, fostering relationship between individuals of diverse backgrounds.  Our goal is to encourage peers in their respective communities to want to emulate similar behaviors to be invited to future trips.    

Our annual trips emphasize leadership, teamwork, courage and (most importantly)HAVING FUN!
